Dr. Shujaat believes in holistic care and treating patients as a whole person. She believes in proper nutrition and physical activity are the keys to helping patients heal. We look at each patient as a whole person – physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our practice philosophy is to use various methods to help patients with nutrition, activity, meditation, and prescription medications when necessary.

Dr. Shujaat is an excellent listener and extremely compassionate. She will take as much time needed to Listen carefully, make the diagnosis and make your individualized treatment plan. With her extensive background in Nutrition, Dr. Shujaat helps patients eat right and choose the best exercise for their condition.
